1. Display the simulation progress in the GUI. This feature is particularly important when using the MFP sampling method, since the simulation process take some time.

2. Specify the region to emit phonons. It is important when one want to simulation complex structure imported from CAD file.

3. Specify the specularity of the outermost surface independently. Right now we can only set the specularity of the outermost surfaces to a same value.

4. Add a text box to specify the number of angle to sample.
